I have been so behind with updating the blog lately. Family has been in town since before Christmas so we have been spending time with them, we have been in the hospital twice thinking it was "time" when it wasn't, I've been having contractions for days now with no progression and that has been super tough, but we are pushing through and trusting God's perfect timing for Judah's much anticipated arrival.
So today I am SO excited to be linking up with Narci, Andrea, and Erika for a special 2015 favorites post! I'm going to be talking about all of my favorite things/memories/moments from this year, so grab your coffee and enjoy :)
JANUARY

| We rang in the New Year at a lock-in with students at the church and so we celebrated a few days later with a date night complete with our fav, Mexican food! |
We also had a busy month of attending different conferences with students. We took our seniors to Passion and loved every second of it! We are so bummed to be missing it this year.
FEBRUARY
 |
| We celebrated our first Valentines Day as a married couple at our favorite place, the Dallas Arboretum. |

| Blake took me here on one of our first dates, then brought me back here and proposed to me here as well. This place is special to us :) |

| Later in the month we had a little getaway weekend to Austin. When we came here at this time we had no intentions of moving to Austin, and honestly never thought we ever would. God obviously had better plans for us :) MARCH  We welcomed my cousin's sweet little girl, Lillian, to the world this month!  March means SPRING! My second favorite season. I wish I could hay the successfulness of our gardens was because of me, but really it was all Blake's doing! He's definitely got a green thumb :) APRIL   We celebrated the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ! I love this handsome guy :)   We also had the pleasure of attending the American Country Music Awards this month! It was such a cool experience. I cried when Taylor Swift came out(and Reba!!)...no shame. |
I got to spend a weekend with my favorite senior girls (Now college freshmen!!) digging into The Bible and growing closer to The Lord. Such a fun weekend!
We also found out on the 29th of this month that we were expecting a little bundle of joy!
MAY
We announced to our families on Mothers Day that we were expecting our sweet little baby! Then shortly after (because people started asking about my apparently already growing baby bump) we announced at 9 weeks to everyone else our exciting news!

JUNE
My sweet friend & hairstylist, Jordan, got married this month! She was a beautiful bride :)
We also went on a fun beach vaca with Blakes grandparents! Hurricane Bill kind of put a damper on our plans but we made the best of it and had a blast!!
We also celebrated Blake's birthday at a Johnnyswim concert and ran into these people there! So cool getting to meet Kari Jobe & her husband Cody and Chip & Joanna Gaines! Blake said it was the best birthday ever!
I laugh at the thought of me already thinking that I was HUGE in this picture! Look at that little baby bump, hardly there!
JULY
We celebrated July 4th and it was my favorite July 4th yet! We had so much fun with friends.
& here's another tiny baby bump picture from when I thought I was just huge...commence laughter again. Little did I know how big I would actually get!
AUGUST
Our sweet friends, Jesse & Kelly got married this month! We love them to pieces and were so excited when they finally tied the knot!!
We also found out that we were going to be having a little boy!! We were SO excited!
SEPTEMBER
We celebrated our first year of being married on the 4th. Oh how I love being married to my guy!!
Bluebell was back in stores in the Austin area, and we just so happened to be in Austin for a conference, so of course, we got Bluebell!!
We made our annual trip to the State Fair to enjoy too much fried food, fresh lemonade and corn dogs!!

OCTOBER
We said bye to our house in Denton, family, and friends and moved to Austin on the 5th! We love it here :)
We had our first baby shower this month! We were so blessed by our family and friends who came!!
NOVEMBER
We were blessed with another baby shower this month!
We celebrated Thanksgiving back home with all of our family!!
We also decorated for Christmas, my favorite!
DECEMBER
We did all sorts of Christmas-y things this month! These are some of my favorite memories from this December :)

Blake's grandparents surprised us Christmas morning! We were so excited to see them!! It was so nice having our apartment filled with family :) Also, I got my dream appliance, a Kitchen Aid!! I could've jumped for joy!! My hubs outdid himself.
We celebrated my 22nd birthday the next day!
These were some of my favorite moments and memories from this past year. I cannot wait to see what The Lord has planned for our little family in 2016! We are eager and ready.
