This weekend consisted of family, a road trip and Magnolia Market! It was a busy and fun one. Now I'm writing this blog post and putting off all of the unpacking and laundry I have to do on this wonderful Monday!
Friday morning I woke up to this...then my heart exploded.
Friday was a lazy day just spending time with family at my moms house! Blake and I ventured out to Target (sans-baby!!) to pick up things for Judah! We had to get Starbucks of course.
Then we made "cracker crack" and I didn't try it so I don't know if it was good! Haha! Blake said it was good but he thought there was too much chocolate...is there such a thing as too much chocolate??
Saturday we packed everything up and got ready to head back home. We had lunch at one of our favorite spots in Dallas before leaving. If you are ever in the area you have to stop and eat at Babes! They serve everything family-style. You basically pick a meat and they bring a lot of it out with mashed potatoes, corn, gravy and they best green beans you'll ever eat.
This guy couldn't handle all that food!!
Our halfway stop between Dallas and home is Waco so we often stop at The Silos on our way to/from home! This is Judah's second time! 3rd if him being in my belly counts ;)
We finally made it home and all of us took showers and we had Sonic for dinner because who wants to cook after driving and being in the car all day?? #notus
Sunday Judah decided to wake up at like 5:30 and eat and then go back to sleep...he hasn't done that since he was like 3 weeks old so needless to say mama and dada were so confused and pretty tired. He woke up so happy though and was so snuggly! How can you be mad at that??
We went to church and had lunch at a friends house afterwards! He made carnitas tacos and they were so good!
Sleepy church baby :)
Judah was not into pictures!! The overcast skies were way too bright for him!
We ended our night with a little walk! Then it was bed time!!
Blake insisted that Judah ride in the stroller this way but y'all...he's totally not big enough for that yet, right??? Stop growing so fast baby boy!! :(
The Bachelorette comes on tonight and we are having people over and hosting a draft for this season! We may be a bit obsessed ;)
Happy Monday, lovelies!!

Totally agree!
DeleteI love babes! I used to go there in Dallas a lot when I lived there in high school, and I'd finish a 3 hour swim workout and be STARVING! My dad still loves it, but I can't remember the last time I went!! Kelsey @ So Much Life Blog
